Dear Parents,
Thank you for visiting Sunset Lake Elementary’s web site. As you will see we have some of the best students, staff and parents in the world. As a team we work diligently to see that each child meets his/her potential.
The 2008 - 2009 school year is going to be awesome with state of the art reading programs, highly engaging math opportunities and many celebrations of academic and social successes.
Children will be learning how to take responsibility for their learning and behavior. Look for the "Bee" on many of our correspondances and within many of our songs, cheers and games. After all, we want all our students to "Bee successful young adults" when they leave our schools.
In case you want to check out some internet learning opportunities, linked below are some web sites that are both fun and educational. Please check these out with you children and find your favorites. I would love to hear you opinion of these sites. Perhaps you know some great sites that you would be willing to share with our wonderful Sunset families. I look forward to viewing your suggestions.
