CLASSES CELEBRATING REUNIONS IN 2008 AND BEYOND

CLASS OF 1948 - 60th CLASS REUNION

Our 60th Class Reunion will be held at Fisher Lake Inn on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Menu will be a choice from two chicken dishes or Walleye, or Prime Rib. Meals are paid for at the dinner. Contact person is Jean DeHaan and she can be reached at 269-327-8685. We hope to see many of you there for much fun and conversation.

CLASS of 1958 - 50th CLASS REUNION

Our 50th reunion will be held on Saturday July, 19, 2008 at the Pine View Golf Course at 52065 Pulver Road, Three Rivers, MI. We will have a social time from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m. Dress is summer casual (shorts are acceptable). The total cost, which includes meals, appetizers, tax, gratuity and hall rental, will be $30.00 per person. We are also planning to attend the Vicksburg Annual Alumni Breakfast sponsored by the Vicksburg Lions Club. The breakfast will be held at the Vicksburg Recreation Area, located at 12542 Sprinkle Road. Fellowship begins at 9:00 a.m. and Breakfast will begin at 10:00 a.m. Our class will be the guest of honor with the class of '57 hosting the event. Last year there were over 300 people in attendance. The food is great and the conversation with old friends is priceless. Reservations for the Breakfast should be made with Pat Brown Weber (class of 1957). You may contact Pat at 269-375-0148, if you have not received a registration flyer. The cost for the Breakfast is $11.50 per person. You must be a graduate from Vicksburg of 50 years or more or a guest of a 50+ year graduate to attend.

CLASS OF 1968 - 40th CLASS REUNION

The Planning Committee for the Graduating Class of 1968 cordially invites all former classmates, friends and supporters of The Class of 1968, to attend our 40th Reunion the weekend of Friday, August 1, 2008 through Sunday, August 3, 2008.

There will be a tour of Vicksburg High School on August 1st, starting at approximately 5:00 p.m. Saturday Events include a cocktail hour at The Main Street Pub of Vicksburg commencing at 6:00 p.m. A Group photo will be taken at approximately 6:50 p.m. with a Buffett Dinner to follow at 7:00 p.m.

Our Registration Form, that contains the Reunion Schedule and all Reunion Details, has been mailed to every former Classmate and Class Sponsor for whom we had a mailing address. We are looking forward to celebrating our memories of the VHS Class of 1968, Vicksburg High School, the Community of Vicksburg, and the "60's", so please join us for the memory sharing and festivities! CLASS OF 1978 - 30TH CLASS REUNION

Some people from the Class of 1978 would love to have a 30th Reunion. However, there is not a planning committee to do it. If anyone is interested in planning a 30th Class Reunion, please contact Pat Brown Weber, class of 1957 at (269)387-0148, for names of classmates from 1978, that may be willing to form or work on a Reunion Committee.

CLASS OF 1988 - 20TH CLASS REUNION

The 20th Class Reunion will begin with a Friday Mixer on August 8, 2008 at the Main Street Pub in Vicksburg. The Reunion will be on Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 6:00-11:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn West, 2747 South 11th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009, 269-375-6000. Cost: $35.00 per person and includes dinner buffet, beverages (pop, coffee, tea), cash bar and a class dvd. Please mail your check, within a week of submitting your RSVP, as we need to pay for the hotel space ahead of time, to Class of 1988, P.O. Box 20, Fulton, MI 49052. CLASS OF 1998 - 10TH CLASS REUNION

Date: Saturday, July 12th, 2008
Time: 7:30-10:30pm
Location: Muskegon, MI, Port City Princess Dinner Boat
Cost: $49.00 per person or $98 per couple. Dinner and drinks will be served on the cruise

If you have not sent your RSVP, please do so immediately. If you have not sent your payment, you can bring it to the door upon check-in. Everyone must be at the dock of the Port City Princess no later than 7:00 p.m. for check-in.

**This will be a Margaretville theme, so wear your silliest Hawaiian shirt.

Accommodations have been made at the Shoreline Inn across the street from the boat for people who are interested in staying over night on Saturday. Twenty rooms have been reserved under the name of Vicksburg High School Reunion (some with 2 double beds for people who want to share a room). The number for Shoreline Inn is: 231-727-8483. Rates are as follows: $99 for one Queen, $119 for one King, $139 for two double beds (can sleep 4).

Call Amanda if you have any questions! She will be putting together a slide show of pictures from high school. If you have any pictures, please e-mail them to her! We will be doing a dedication to Lucas Wells who passed away after graduation and will need pictures of Luke.

CLASS OF 1960

The Planning Committee is in the beginning stages of preparing for your BIG 50th Class Reunion in the year 2010. They need your help finding people.
